Some of us are bad with names, but most of us recognize faces or logos.  I can surely tell you that Louisiana FCU is recognized in our community. About two weeks ago, I called in a warranty claim to Michael Kors on my favorite watch. The band had gotten really scratched up since I wear it to the office (and constantly bang it against my desk).
