How do I enroll in Online Banking?

Click on the “Register for Online Banking” link underneath the login credentials. A registration page will appear for you to begin the registration process.

How do I access my account information with Online Banking?

After logging into your account, the Dashboard will provide you with an overview of your accounts.  You can easily access more details on each account by clicking directly on the account.

What security features are in place to protect my account information online?

Louisiana FCU uses advanced encryption methods to protect your personal information like user IDs, passwords and account information over the Internet. The security of your personal information is always a priority at Louisiana FCU.

Why do I have to authenticate each time I log in online from a different device?

When you first attempt to log in on a new device, you will be required to verify that you own the accounts you want to access. This helps protect your accounts from unauthorized access, even if someone has your login credentials.

Is it possible to check my account information online without signing up for Online Banking?

No. To view your account information online, you must sign up for Online Banking.

ACCOUNT MANAGMENT FAQs

How do I transfer money to my other Louisiana FCU accounts?

Click on the Transfers tab for several options to transfer money between your Louisiana FCU accounts. Use the Quick tab to transfer a preset amount. Use the Classic tab to set up recurring transfers or set up transfers to other Louisiana FCU accounts.

Use the History and Scheduled tabs to review a history of your transfers and to see your upcoming scheduled transfers.

How do I set up notification alerts?

Use the drop down arrow in the upper right hand corner to select Settings. Click on the Notifications tab to configure notification alerts. Use the Security tab to enable text message for your mobile phone in order to receive mobile alerts.

BILL PAY FAQs

How can I pay bills online?

You can set up a one-time or repeating bill payment online for an external merchant payee if you have a Louisiana FCU checking account. Simply click on the Bill Pay tab and select “Enroll a Payee” to get started.

Use the Quick Pay, Multi Pay, and Classic Pay tabs to schedule your payments according to your preference. Use the Scheduled and History tabs to review a history of your bill payments and to see your upcoming scheduled bill payments.
