KENNER, LA – Louisiana Federal Credit Union (FCU) kicked off the season of giving at its Roux Reunion event, where staff enjoyed a day of team-building and social responsibility to benefit Matthew 25:35 Food Pantry.

The Roux Reunion consisted of thrilling events like team races, competitive rock, paper, scissors and a Family Feud-style tournament where employees worked together to win awards. During the event, the credit union presented canned goods to Matthew 25:35 Food Pantry to help provide Thanksgiving meals to local families in need.

“Events like this help our staff form happy relationships outside of the workplace setting,” said Rhonda Hotard, president and CEO of Louisiana FCU. “I am grateful we were able to share some of that joy with families who need it most.”
