LOUISIANA FCU ANNOUNCES NEW GONZALES BRANCH

GONZALES, La. — Louisiana Federal Credit Union (FCU) announces the construction of a new, modern branch to open at 915 W Hwy 30 next to Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in late 2024. This development marks a significant step forward in making banking easier and more accessible for the Gonzales community.

The future branch will boast cutting-edge features, including an open lobby design, drive-up interactive teller machines (ITMs), and indoor ITMs. The layout is planned with privacy in mind, offering personal service in separate Member Service Representative (MSR) offices.

"We're committed to providing our members with exceptional service they can rely on," said Rhonda Hotard, President and CEO of Louisiana FCU. "We are excited to introduce a banking space that not only meets the financial needs of our members, but exceeds their expectations for what a credit union can be."

The credit union will maintain all banking services at the existing location at 38307 E. Highway 30 until December 31, 2023. After this period, local members are encouraged to utilize neighboring branches in Gramercy and Laplace, visit one of the area's many shared branch locations, or access their accounts through the credit union's secure online banking platform.

The dedicated Gonzales team will be reassigned during the building phase to ensure continuous top-notch service.
