Is there a mobile app?
How do I start using the Louisiana FCU mobile app?
To get started, simply download the Louisiana FCU mobile app and log on. We will prompt you to verify that you own the accounts you want to access from your mobile device using authentication questions.
Which accounts are available using the Louisiana FCU mobile app?
All of the same Louisiana FCU accounts you access on the desktop site are available on the mobile app.
What security features are in place to protect my account information on my mobile device?
Louisiana FCU uses advanced encryption methods to protect your personal information like user IDs, passwords and account information. The security of your personal information is always a priority at Louisiana FCU.
How does mobile check deposit work?
Once you are in the Louisiana FCU app, choose "Deposit Check" in the navigation menu. Select your deposit account, enter the check amount, and follow the on-screen instructions to take a picture of the front and back of your endorsed check. Verify all information and then click "Deposit Check." You will receive confirmation of the deposit submission. You must properly endorse the back of the check with your signature and "For Mobile Deposit Only."
When will my deposits be available?
Availability of your deposited funds is based on Louisiana Federal Credit Union’s funds availability policy. Please retain your deposited check for 90 days and then securely destroy it.
When is my deposit finalized?
Submitted deposits are subject to review before they are considered final. We will provide email updates of the deposit review to the email address on your account.
